MdelsetteParticipant
Yelp seems to drive people to you at the end of the month to use your dollars up. we get maybe one out of every 8 to 9 turned into an actual job.
MdelsetteParticipantWe use Angie’s List, and the price is starting to get out of hand. we make sure every year we get 10 to 15 percent return on our marketing dollars. They were purchased by the company that owns Home Advisor.
MdelsetteParticipantDoes Anyone use home Adviser today? keep getting calls from them saying that other locations are using their services.
MdelsetteParticipantThere is some good technology out there that would be real time. or maybe an app for our phones? 😀
MdelsetteParticipantThat would be a good question for John. Have you called the office on this?
MdelsetteParticipantWe use Quick boost 1 scoop per gallon, and mix 50 to 1 with orange deodorizer. this helps in the traffic areas. we also add a large bath towel, (bulk from Costco), folded in half, then place a pad in the middle and fold edges in. We do not recommend pet or Fast acting Enzymes. the fresh scent seems to leave a stickiness to the carpet.
MdelsetteParticipantBe careful with bags or boxes in the customers house. we had a child throw a remote in our floor repair kit, and had a bear of a time getting it back to the customer. just like the van doors, take tools out and close the doors so kids are not tempted to check out or toss things in.
MdelsetteParticipantI try to check it every day, but fail miserably. I have a note to check it, but sometimes other work gets in the way.
MdelsetteParticipantLooking for QuickBooks invoice templates as well.

MdelsetteParticipantThank you Dave. I took to one repair facility, but the vacuum beater bar didn’t turn and was never cleaned by them not sure they did anything but change the belt. I have another company I will try and see what they say.
MdelsetteParticipantWe just used 4 in a house in Austin TX and charged $75 per Fogger. Worked great, Happy customer. Looking forward to more $

MdelsetteParticipantSquare is who we use for credit card processing. Plug into smart phone and you can send customer text or email receipts. swiped cards are charged (2.75%) less than manually entered cards and no extra fees for AmeX. http://www.squareup.com you can login from CPU and add employees so they can use there smartphones without compromising your secure info.
MdelsetteParticipantThe file is to big for the board. I can email in a zip file. send me an email at heavensbest@austin.rr.com
