    So as we have had a few employees I have felt a definite need to have some sort of employee handbook that would address all the little things that we always tell them ie dress and appearance standards, work expectations, pay, bonuses. etc.. I think I have seen one before, but can’t find it now that I need it, so before I reinvent the wheel I thought I would see if anyone out there has something they use that would be willing to share.

    Good idea. I know there are franchisees out there that have several employees and hopefully would like to share their knowledge and advise.
