I use a five gallon tank. It has a pressure gauge on it so I can monitor when to recharge.

It is also easy to refill the air tank at a gas station that offers free air. As far as the caps that don’t have threads, it is easy to hold on until charged and then just let go, and it pops right off.

I have an air tank in my van and a large air compressor in my garage. I can charge the air tank up to 120 lbs. and it fills the sprayer multiple times. In fact it usually lasts me at least a week. It takes me a couple of seconds to fill the sprayer. On large jobs I can take the air tank inside with me.

This sounds like something that needs to be dealt with ASAP. I too have seen this substance. I am going to talk to Cody today. I will let you know what I find out.

Rick, did you ever get an answer to your question? I had a customer ask the same questions the other day and was unable to answer.

I may seem stupid but I better ask. How do you tell it is a poly finish?

Can you tell us what the products are that you are using and where to get them? I see this kind of tile in New Mexico and would like to use it. I also see brick floors. John said our hard surface cleaner wouldn’t hurt it but I am wondering if the special products you are using would be a better idea.

I also have a customer with brick. John said our hard surface cleaner would work but I am wondering about the products you are using on special tile.

Just thought I’d mention that the McDonald’s in Aztec, NM offers green chili! You should also see the McDonald’s menu in China!

I use white hats with blue bill. They don’t seem any different than the dark colored ones I used first. The dark hats got a white stain from sweat and faded faster. The white hats get sweat stains but don’t fade. I also have been able to wash my white hats with a little bleach and they came out like new. I would not use any bleach with the dark colored hats.

My goal is to always look at the job before giving a price. With that said, I start at .30/sq. ft. and work up or down from there. (Mostly up). If I see stains that are going to take time and specialty products I move my price up accordingly. If I bid correctly I am at $100/ hr. with two people working and $50/hr. for one.
I almost always add extra to move furniture especially if the furniture has to be moved within the room. It is like cleaning two rooms instead of one. I usually add around .05/sq. ft. and sometimes I don’t think this is enough.
Of course all this depends on supply/demand. If I am very busy I can charge more and If I need work I charge less in order to make sure I get the job.
I treat every job differently but these are “guidlines” I use.

Don’t even want to think about it! I’ll just say that the woman couldn’t put her best friend to sleep and he couldn’t get out of the hall. She kept him until he died there in the hall. I helped her get a carpet and tile guy over.
Now I must work at getting the bad thoughts out of my head!

I had a similar thing happen. I wasn’t paying close enough attention and used a bottle I had previously used (It had been quite some time) for wood stain removal. When I tried to mix the RDR I think I had the makings of a small atom bomb. It wasn’t a good thing. I have been way more careful since.

Once I started using the dirt napper brush, it seemed I couldn’t do without it. The carpets just seemed to come cleaner. I haven’t used the BBC pads in a very long time. When I first started I used them but they just didn’t seem to work any better than the other pads. They also left some of the brown strands behind. Maybe I will try them again but would like to hear more opinions before I buy more.
