Anyone else have any interest in a pet enzyme product they can sell to their customers? I mentioned this to Cody at our regional seminar and was curious if others could use such a product. The spotter solution we give/sell to our customers is a general purpose cleaner and not specifically formulated for pet spots. It can work on pet spots, but not necessarily the ideal product for pet spots. I usually recommend to customers that they buy a pet enzyme product from their local pet store if they have regular pet issues to deal with at home. Our old pet enzyme could be sold to our customers to use, but not the new one. I think this is a product that a lot of us could sell to really help out our customers if it works well, and also make a tidy profit as well. Thoughts?

    Dave,
I would like to see it available and believe I could sell some.

I believe the main obstacle to our selling our pet enzyme is having a properly labeled and/or child-proof container to put it in.

    Cody,
So is the new pet enzyme that we can sell to our customer the same as the pet enzyme we/operators buy? Just curious as I purchased some and the bottle of enzyme looks the exact same and is labelled as product #125 which is the same. I thought you said they were different at our state conference, but I could be wrong. This is important for us to know in case a customer needs to buy more (refillable or always need a new bottle?). This question also goes for the new sellable hard surface cleaner. Can we buy just concentrate to refill a customer’s bottle, or do we have to buy bottles as well?

Also, there is a typo on the pet enzyme bottle label. In the first sentence on the back label, “are” should be “area”.

I love this idea. I would like to know some specific instructions on its use. When I apply it in a home, I always extract later. Most people don’t have that capability in their homes. So . . . ?

The pet enzyme is the same as product #125, but you will have it all mixed up and ready to use for the customer. This product can be refilled. The Multi Surface Maintainer is a new product that you have not had before, and yes we will sell it to you in a concentrate for you to refill the bottles you sell to your customres. I am not sure if it is listed on the on line store yet, but if not it soon will be.

Thanks for catching the typo on the Pet Enzyme we will get it fixed in the near future.

Not everyone has a wet dry vac so they can blot it with a towel to remove the majority of the moisture. These instructions are on the bottle.

As for the Multi Surface Maintainer, it can be sprayed lightly on the surface and spread evenly with a micro fiber mop, or cloth, then let dry. Some of our customers will already have a micro fiber mop. Others will want to purchase one from you. The maintainer does not require buffing. It can be used on wood, tile, marble, granite, linoleum, glass, and stainless steel.
It is designed so that the customer can clean their hard surfaces on a daily or weekly basis in between the times you will come and professionally clean the floor using our buffing processes.

Hope these are both available soon, think some of my customers will like this. Will it be the same size and style as the large spray bottle, allowing us to “have a line” if different cleaners available?

They are available now as I have a shelf full of them. Check the online store. Bottle is same as the large 32 oz spray bottle, just with a different label. Same goes for the wood floor cleaner.

Does anyone know the self life of the mixed product? At what price are you selling a bottle for? Curtis
