I think I mispoke when I classified the pamphlet as a “disclaimer”. I am not intending to use it as a disclaimer. It is my intention to use it to educate the customer. That’s it. It’s a good EDUCATIONAL piece.

Try using Quickboost as a pre spray as well. Mix with hot water. Quickboost works better then FAE for me.

Thank Andy. Good idea. I should get some door hangers and do the “5 around” too. I’m tryin to boost up my referals. I have a lot of repeat customers but seem to be lacking on the referals.

I have the same attachment. Works great for small areas like bathrooms.

Didn’t even know we had woven turf stair pads. Shall give them a try. I like the micro fiber ones.

I think the Oreck works just fine. Stairs usually come out better for me than wall to wall. Put a little elbow grease into it. Before I use the Oreck I scrub the stairs down with the hand scrubber and always finish with a towel. Great results every time.

Surprised to hear you didnt have any success with the red wine. I usually have about a 95% success rate getting it out using our red dye remover.

Its hard on the back. Wish there wasn’t so much bending over involved.

I think once a week would be just fine. There’s a million topics to be covered. If anything they could do it MORE than once a week. I’m actually about to call corporate right now. I’m about to hire a helper. No idea what steps to take to do so. That could have been a topic right there….”This weeks topic of discussion; how to hire an employee”. The list could go on and on and on.

I agree. I like the micro fiber pad. I usually do a 1-2-3 punch. BBC followed by a micro fiber followed by a towel…..the 1-2-3 punch.
