What I remember from Florida, is to figure your cost of operation first. Labor, materials, maintenance, workman comp, insurance, (bond?) etc.
I have had Bank of America for ever. Last week I checked in to doing direct deposit for my manager and asst manager. They (BofA) would charge $10 a month for that service plus $3 a transfer. There is also the $13 a month fee for checking. I will this week have a (local) northwest bank. $15 a month, no extra fees.

It was a privileged to meet you in Florida.Agreed. The pads and towels will last a lot longer if you use the color-fast bleach instead of regular bleach. It still has the sanitizing effect.
The best options I’ve found is 1) “The Square” no monthly fee, 2.75% per transaction with phone/ipad internet service. 4% from home computer. No month or year contract.
2) If you use quick books, I understand they offer about the same with options for $1000 or more monthly visa volume with a monthly fee + lower % rate. I use The Square.

I’ve also learned that you can finance this 100% through “Aztec” Financial in twelve monthly payments. Call corporate for details.
Go to City owners area, Procedures manual by sections, and click on Section 16 “useful forms”. I formed my commercial contracts from Cody’s model. It was very helpful.
