ParticipantI have been with them about 6 months. So far no problems. If I want them to post a before & after picture, I send it & they usually get it on my website the next day. If you do a Google search for a carpet cleaner in Monroe, GA, I am on top. I would say I am satisfied with their service.

ParticipantIf anyone is considering purchasing the pile brush, take a look at this video http://www.nilodor.com/certified-pile-brush.aspx
Looks like it could really benefit our way of cleaning.

ParticipantI cleaned some carpet for a former Oakland Raiders player & coach. He is now an advisor for the NFL. So as you say Heaven’s Best is what you say.

ParticipantMy carpet in my house is over 25 years old. It has never been soaked & sucked. The only method of cleaning I have ever used is the bonnet system. Carpet has never distorted from the buffer & pads. In fact it still looks great.

ParticipantI did apply Protectant, & it is a gas dryer.

ParticipantI use them on high dollar carpet & I like the way they clean. I don’t use them on rental property or real dirty carpet.

ParticipantI got my 3rd attempt to scam me yesterday. A TTY Operator was the go between, when I told them it was a scam, they hung up.

ParticipantLove the shirts, but they are not practical to work in. They pick too easy!

ParticipantBrett, are you using the paste wax or the new HB Floor Cleaner?

ParticipantThe Blood Remover seemed to work the best!

ParticipantMark, I have been with SM for about 2 months. The 1st lead was not in my county,(zipcode for Walton County and part of Gwinnett County is the same) so I had to drop this zipcode from my area. SM gave me credit for this lead. Just recently I did have a lead for a small church, and it went for $789. Like Laura said, if you return the call right away, you usually get the job. I think they are charging me $13 for a lead and $19 for an exact match. Good Luck!

ParticipantI was cleaning for a couple once, that never got out of bed. They were watching TV in the bedroom. When I came in with the vaccum, they couldn’t hear the TV so they switched the TV so the words would scroll across the screen. I could hardly compose myself as I vaccumed. But he finally did get up to pay me.

ParticipantI use a Maytag front loader. I can usually wash 5 to 6 pads and some towels at a time. It seems much better than the old GE wringer washer I was using.

ParticipantDave, once you port your number over to your cell provider, you don’t pay you local phone co. anymore, except for YP & a listing in the Whte Pages.

ParticipantBrett, use to be that the phone company owned the numbers, but now you own your number. Contact your cell company and ask them can you port your landline number over to your cell. If you can then you can have them change your number on your cell phone to that of your landline.( so it doesn’t disrupt your service, it has to cordinated with your local Phone company, but my cell provider took care of this) Hope this answers your question.
