schubertParticipanti spend less time due to no homeowner there.. i do a good job but take less time
schubertParticipantour protector is a good product , and a great money maker. however it does not have an acid dye resistor in its composition.
schubertParticipantwe use the regular buffer on the stairs . i bought and tried the stair buffer and hated it ! now it sits in my basement . the regular buffer has always cleaned the stairs better for me
schubertParticipanti think you can find a great employee and pay them either way . it all boils down to what both of you are you are comfortable with. i also think you need to take them to lunch or give them a little extra now and then
schubertParticipanti have problems with the tip plugging up . it would be nice to have one that had a bigger tank . corperate can you help us out?
schubertParticipantman that hurts for sure . that does warrent a followup call for sure. pre inspection for sure is the best thing i use on new clients and a good ask and answear time
schubertParticipantperoxide i think would deffinatly be safer ,but it can” bleach out” carpet over time . never heard of bleach making things brittle
schubertParticipanti like the sugestion of a little different labeling on some of the products. i too want my employees to read the label . and my vote is still to have the directions on the bottle
schubertParticipanti havent had issues with fuses yet , just bad batteries
schubertParticipanti have found it very difficult to remove oil. i have had it lighten a little. the pre inspection is the place to be sure to go over this with the client . it ,like most stains will have better results if its fresh .
schubertParticipantGreat topic! Sounds like “Growing Pains”! you have some tough decisions. I like the Raise your price idea . thats what i have done in my area .i also have a hard time fully trusting my employee with “my clients” I am still on the truck or at the jobsite a large %of the time . I am lucky to have a great tec that can do a great job ,that allows me to focus on other aspects of the business
schubertParticipanti have never have been paid for a referral, nor do i expect it. I feel like its just good relationships that exist that should be the key in having your name passed on to someone. That being said , it would go a long way to give a lg. spotter or something to the referral giver!!!
schubertParticipantjust a ? for the home office on hard surface cleaners. I have seen a product that has a bleaching effect on the grout . that is usualy my trouble areas , wondering if we have a similar product that is coming on line ?
