isn’t orange deoderizer an oil? its not meant to be used straight. its an odor masking agent ,not a cure for the problem.

i think you can find a great employee and pay them either way . it all boils down to what both of you are you are comfortable with. i also think you need to take them to lunch or give them a little extra now and then

i like the sugestion of a little different labeling on some of the products. i too want my employees to read the label . and my vote is still to have the directions on the bottle

i have found it very difficult to remove oil. i have had it lighten a little. the pre inspection is the place to be sure to go over this with the client . it ,like most stains will have better results if its fresh .

Great topic! Sounds like “Growing Pains”! you have some tough decisions. I like the Raise your price idea . thats what i have done in my area .i also have a hard time fully trusting my employee with “my clients” I am still on the truck or at the jobsite a large %of the time . I am lucky to have a great tec that can do a great job ,that allows me to focus on other aspects of the business

i have never have been paid for a referral, nor do i expect it. I feel like its just good relationships that exist that should be the key in having your name passed on to someone. That being said , it would go a long way to give a lg. spotter or something to the referral giver!!!
