    About your vans-

First yes they will fade. They are printed on high quality vinyl and then have a uv laminate coating on them which will allow you to wash and wax your van like you would if it didn’t have any vinyl on it.

Here are a few items that will help prolong the life of your logos.

Wash your van. This not only helps make your van look like a Heaven’s Best van should but any type of rocks and road grim that is on your van wont make the logos look dirty. Becareful when washing your van, it is still vinyl.

You can wax your van if you want to take the time but is not required.

Now getting to the fun part. If you are haveing problems with your van logos the first thing you need to do is call me and tell me what is up. Next you will need to go to the store that installed them. If they wont do anything let me know and I will see what I can do to take care of it.

Dave mentioned – Over time, the vinyl over the contours of the van forms a gap, or bridges and is lifted out of the contour. I hesitate to return to SAR…local people are totally screwed up and will not return to them for anything at all…

This is the most common problem that our operators are telling us about Their is a few things that you can do to help this, When you see that they are coming out of the creases just push them back – if you need just heat it up and push the vinyl back. Unless the person that installed the vinyl logos really took the time to get the logos down in the creases they will create a gap or bridge. Their is not much you can do if this is the case because you Can Not make it fit without ripping the vinyl.

If they are not too bad just realize that their will be imperfections and that it is just vinyl. Not many of your customers couldn’t even tell you that you had the vinyl coming out of the creases of your van. They only see that you have a awesome looking van that looks really good.

I agree some place warm or a cruise would be good.

    Orlando, FL
    Houston, TX
Chicago, IL (not as warm but in the middle of east/west)
    Any Cruise (east or west)

Any where will be great. Anytime we can have a vacation it is always welcomed.

Yes. We are working on the picture for the new spotters and they should be updated soon if not already.

Also All the spotters that have been on back order have shipped out. You will never see the old bottles again- unless your customer wants you to refill it.

NO the van does not come all logoed up. IT WILL BE THE LOCAL GMC DEALER!!! Once you have your new van, order the new logo package and we will get the process started.

REMEMBER IT WILL TAKE BETWEEN 1-2 WEEKS.

READ MY POST IN THE SIGN-A-RAMA TOPIC SECTION ABOUT THE PROCESS OF ORDERING THE LOGO PACKAGE.

YES THEIR IS SHIRTS FOR WOMEN. We are working on getting the specificans to what sizes are available. They are tailored to fit a women.

These shirts will not be stocked. They have a 2 week lag time and CANNOT be done any faster so think ahead.

I will post next week what the sizes and measurements will be.

    example small = 5-6

Also the only way you will be able to get the shirts is to Order them from the Corporate Office. The standard shirt that we will stock will be the Blue one. The white will be availble on request. Dave sorry but the logo will be on the sleeve of the short sleeve shirt. If you dont want it order the long sleeve. The logo on the back is optional but it will cost $30 extra and take 2 weeks. I would suggest putting it on the back of your jackets.

I REPEAT DO NOT CONTACT YOUR LOCAL SIGN-A-RAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had some complaints that has gotten back to the National Account Rep. that I have been working with to get all this setup. She has told me that alot of you have contacted your local sign-a-rama with all kinds of questions about when you can have your van logos put on. Sign-a-rama is a national franchise just like us. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO JUST TAKE YOUR VAN TO ANY SIGN-A-RAMA THAT YOU WANT AND HAVE YOUR LOGOS PUT ON.

IF YOU WANT TO ORDER YOUR LOGO PACKAGE PLEASE CONTACT ME AT THE HOME OFFICE. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE LOGO PACKAGE ANY OTHER WAY. We have set it up this way because of all the problems that we have had in the past with everyone doing what they want with the van and the logos. You would be amazed at all the different vans that we have running around.

Here how the ordering process for the logos will work

    1. You place the order on the internet for the new logo package (same stock # as before). I will contact you about what phone # you want on your van.
    2. I Fax the order to the National Account Rep.
    3. The local sign-a-rama contacts you and sets up a time that will work for you to get the logos put on your van.
    4. I approve the layout before Sign-a-Rama applies it to your van.

ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL ME!!!!! DO NOT CONTACT SIGN-A-RAMA.

The $400 is for the removal only.

The new logo package will be $1200 until June 1, 2007 then it will go up to $1600. You will have to place the order for the new logos throught Heaven’s Best Corporate office. Your Local Sign-A-Rama will NOT do anything to your van without approval and the order going throught me. It will take about 1-2 weeks for everything to be set up to get your logos from the time you order.

I would suggest to all the operators to remove your own logos. It will save you $400

Yes sign-a-rama will take your old logos off but it will cost you $400. You can take them off yourself by using a heat gun or a blow dryer and heat up the vinyl and them peel if off. If the glue is left on the paint or the window take some TGP and a rage and get it off. MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU USE TGP ON A PAINTED SURFACE YOU RINCE IT OFF!!! If you dont it will eat your paint. You can also use a razor blade on the glass to get the vinyl off (it won’t scratch the glass) NEVER USE A RAZOR BLADE ON THE PAINT BECAUSE IT WILL DIG CHUNKS OUT OF IT AND THAT IS BAD!!!!!!!
