NO we have not purchased any bar codes. Their are too many different systems. If you are wanting to put them in a store that requires a bar code you will need to find out what bar code system they are using and what type of bar code will work.

We have looked into a Bar Code for the Spotters. There were are few problems with doing that.

There are a lot of different Bar Code Systems for example National Chain Retailers use a certain bar code and those don’t not work in smaller locally owned businesses.

If you are wanting a basic bar code there are places to get free bar codes or we can produce you some. I would need to know what information you want and how many as long as it will work with your retail store. Check with them to see what kind of code they use.
We would print them out on a small vinyl sticker that you can put on the side of the Spotters and be able to sell them that way. Most of the operators are just selling them to the Customers that you clean for.
We here in Rexburg have a display in a Local Carpet and Tile store and they just sell them for x amount and put them into their own system without a bar code.

    Hope that helps

The reason for the Bottle Change was because that clear pete bottle was getting alot harder to purchase and the price was going up alot.

Patrick in answer to your question they are really close in size and Dave is correct they are just a bit narrower and about 1/2″ taller. This should not effect your PVC holder where these new bottles are just a bit smaller in diameter

Yes they are still available. We had such a huge success with this product we did not have enough. The are in stock and should not have any problems from here on out. We are trying hard to minimize the back orders. It will happen from time to time but we are revamping some of the ways we inventory and keep track of our products. We are trying to be more efficient for you as Operators

Also we are working on a different scent. The current scent is a spicy bubble gum smell but are working on a citrus scent that is closer to the orange deodorizer. These work well for pet smells, fire, smoke and many other smells that are hard to kill

I have been looking around and this is the longest length I can find. If you want to have some made at a local welding shop you can but they will be more that $160.

Sorry about the price we had a glitch. The price for them is $160. They do fold up nice to fit in your van and not take up much space. They have a handle to carry them with as well once they are folded up

Another place to find carpet samples to practice on is Any local Flooring store that sells carpet. They usually have rem pieces or ones that they sell for cheap

Yes we have now moved the BBC pad down to a 17″ and not a 19″. Cost was a factor in this decision. Everything is on the rise and we are trying to make things affordable for you as operators. Another reason was the pads were getting chewed up on the out sides and coming unstitched.

    Hopefully this helps

Most all of the Products are listed and have a quantity. Some items like the spotters and things like that do not because I have a lot of empty bottles that have not been labeled yet and I do not want them listed that way. I am working on the other items and they are coming online with the quantity soon. Glad that we can be of some help to you guys and making ordering a little easier.

With the new shopping cart we have the feature that we are using to notify you if you have a back order. You can go back to the online store and look at the order you just placed and it will tell you if your order is Shipped/Complete or on back order and in the notes it will tell you what item(s) are on back order. We have been trying hard to eliminate back orders but that is impossible without hundered of thousands $ of inventory. If you click on the description of the product you can see what we have in inventory and if it only says 3 don’t order 4 or you will have a back order. We are working on keeping this up to date every day and with the inventory system we have eliminated a lot of the back orders. Since I am not the person doing the shipping anymore we have a whole new set of issues that we are working on. This includes keeping up the inventory, shipping orders. We have some part time guys doing orders at the moment and we are still training them and they make mistakes and we are working on that. If you have a problem with your order please either email or call me and we can get it taken care of

Their have been some good suggestions concerning bottle labeling. We WANT you to read the label and not just grab some product that you think is the right one. You would never go to the kitchen cabinet and just grab a bottle of something to put in your dinner without reading what it is as is the same with your products. We are all busy and have alot going on everyday. It dose not take that much time to double check to see what product you are using. Its always a good thing to look at the label of the product you are using so you don’t “buy” someones carpet or upholstery. All of you have the mixing instructions sheet in your Procedure Manual if not let us know and we can email you one out. If you need to hang it in your van for your employees that would be a good reference. Also you need to teach your employees to read the label and understand what products need to be used in certain instances. They also need to be taught the correct mixing guides and Yes that information is also on the mixing instruction sheet. This can be a liability to you if they use the wrong product and ruin someones item that is being cleaned and you as the owner are responsible.

I agree their are some issues that we need to address about the pads. The thin pads will ball up and not stay on the pad holder very well and if you do not wash your pads before you use them the first time they can get stuck to the hook and loops on the bottom of the pad holder. The reg 13″ pads with the green strips will clean better but are a lot harder on your stair buffer because it makes the motor work harder and can shorten the life of that motor. I would suggest the Mirco fiber stair buffer pads. These are awesome and clean good and wont leave yarn behind to get tangled up in your drive plate.

We also have available for the stair buffer is a brush ring #3506 that is like the dirt napper with out the pad in the middle. It has a row of brissels that scrub the floor. You have to take your drive plate off and put the brush on and clean and then go back over it with the drive plate and a pad. It works well for really dirty stairs.

We have a similar brush for tile and grout #3504 with orange brissles. You can use this to get into tight areas on tile and grout.

On the bottom of the stair buffer where the drive plate fits on the stair buffer their are some plastic nubs. These nubs can wear out as well as the ones on the drive plate themselves. I can order the new bottom plate that attaches to the Stair buffer and the new pad holder should stay on better. They both are just plastic and can wear out depending how often you use the Stair buffer.

We are not offering the logo package for the Ford Transit Connect van. The dry in 1 hour will not fit on the front fenders and like the sprinter van their is a lot of surface gaps that cannot be covered by the logos without major problems.
