I keep a mixed 32 ounce bottle with trigger sprayer of portable extract (2 – 1 ounce scoops to a 32 ounce bottle) and use it on just about everything I can extract, if what I am cleaning is really soiled. I use it on the fringe of Orientals. Lay a mat under the fringe, spray portable extract and use a scrub brush (stroked towards me) and rinse.

I use it on commercial steps, in hotels, offices ECT…
2 to 3 ounces to a 32 ounce bottle depending on how bad the conditions are.
Pre-spray fast acting enzyme, let it sit while I get my portable extracting unit or large upholstery machine, depending on how many steps and how bad.
If the steps are in bad shape I always use portable extract and a scrub brush, (medium like bristle) be sure to rinse well!

It also works great on nasty upholstery head rest and arm rest especially. Works well on Crayola Markers. In these situations I use it in place of my super spotter and use a horse hair brush.

Commercial chairs (seat with back) spray down with fast acting enzyme, let it sit, then spray with portable extract, scrub (medium light bristle), extract.
For me, using portable extract this way saves time on tough stains.

Auto, boats, RV’s (light bristle scrub brush) works great, as long as you can rinse it.
I keep a mixed 2 ½ gallon jug on my van at all times. 20 ounces or 2 ½ cups to a 2 ½ gallon jug and apply an extra ounce to a 32 ounce bottle according to the severity of the situation. Very soapy, but very effective.

    see ya!

I’d be happy to help you with your question if you would let me know which credit card it was (visa, master card, a.ex, ect…) we use Total Merchants Services also and I belive that the cards “do” vary in rates, I’d be happy to pull my receipts and do some math for you. I seem to think that visa and m.c. is 1.79 but other fees apply also, let me know.

Ron, you are a funny guy! It was me sitting across the table from ya at the banquet in Vegas. I knew I should have hung out with you more. My brother said you were surprised at the dirt napper and the fast acting enzyme results.
Danbo, for what F.A.E. cost, I just dump it at the end of the day.
I use the regular green striped pad with the napper and the turf pad on low pile like Berber. The only time I use the regular drive plate is with the BBC pad, or if I have to use a finishing towel. Danbo, just try it for a week; you’ll see what I mean.
Brian, I also use it (F.A.E.) on Lazy Boy type furniture, in situations where little Billy, Suzy and big Daddy Bubba have been holding picnics. And yes, I also feel it saves time cleaning carpets, since you don’t have to work the stain and or traffic areas as much. Plus the results are better.
Since I use F.A.E. so often and got tired of replacing parts on the pump sprayer (I used to use a 2 gallon) and clogging problems for me, using the power sprayer works out best. Give it a try. The way I see it, we have to go back to the van for the rest of the equipment.
Anyhow, it does take some getting used to, but now it’s apart of my routine. Also, keeping them clean used to be a pain, but you see, my 2 youngest sons are 11 and 12 so cleaning the napper became apart of their daily chores 🙂
    See ya!
