ParticipantI’ve tried using the rubber brush with limited success. Are you doing this on wet or dry upholstery?

ParticipantOf those of you who are paying your employees a commission, what’s the percentage you’re paying them?

ParticipantI agree with Brian. I get my bags at Walmart. They cost 99 cents for a bag of three. One bag usually lasts me a couple of days.

ParticipantFor those of you who are paying your employees by the hour, do you count in travel time? Or just strictly on the job time.

ParticipantRight now i’m getting about a job per week.
My area is becoming saturated with carpet cleaners on CL. I use to get about a job per day, back when I first started advertising on CL a couple years ago.
I’ll text you that info tomorrow.May 3, 2011 at 3:02 am in reply to: Craigs List Ads – Have one, leave one – need one, take one. #154931KY13

ParticipantI’m interested in hearing feedback from someone who has actually used both the Nobles AND the Minuteman. This would seem more logical if I was going to consider purchasing the Minuteman buffer.

ParticipantIt might be from an area rug. Seen that a couple times. Has something to do with the rubber backing.

ParticipantMarc- I have been posting on CL on and off for years. I just started posting again a couple weeks ago. I would definitly recommend using a posting agency to post your ads for you. I am currently paying them $250 a month for 10 posts a day. If youre interested (or anybody else) let me know and i’ll give you the company’s number.
