    They’re a fricking nightmare to deal with. I lost an account because I just gave up on trying to get approved by them. Too many hoops to jump through.

    I agree. Fill my schedule is very quick and convenient. All I do is approve it and they mail for me. Really quick and easy. Love it.

    We just use the standard upholstery cleaning method. Never had any problems. Apply 101. Let dwell. Agitate. Extract. Collect paycheck.

    I used to think the correct dilution for FAE was 1-2 scoops per gallon as well, until I read the product label. It actually calls for 1-2 scoops per 2 1/2 gallon jug.

    We pour the solution in a thermos and fill bottles from there.

    I offer my employees vacation/sick days after one year of employment. 7 vacation days/6 sick days. I pay them once a week. As of right now I do not offer Health/Life insurance but want to offer that soon.

    When I spoke with Cody about the situation, he advised mixing ASAP. He actually advised against mixing as needed.

    I have 2 vans and 4 employees. I hardly ever go out and do cleanings anymore.

    We do a lot of hardwood floor cleaning. If the hardwood still has a finish on it, it should shine up nicely. If the finish is worn off, then the cleaning would bear little to no cosmetic difference. The key is to inform the customer of this. We very rarely get any complaints.
