Yes, the shirts have pockets. Great for your hand held palm and a pen. For the debris (trash can) I use my back left pants pocket. I wouldn’t want any mosture to bleed through on my shirt. It looks worse than egg on your face. I won’t tell you how I know. Some even use a fanny pack as the (round file) can.

    Another question!

With the new button up shirts how many iron a crease in the logo on the right sleeve and how many do not. I do both but I can’t deside whats best. Which one are you and why?

    Okay, 2 cents…

I don’t feel because someone takes more risk and invests more for the future that they should be disqualified. In the regional seminars did state owners receive a cert for #101 like the others pressent who operated an area? Are the state owners who run a city area exempt from upgrading there van or equipment? If the person picked so chose to, could they not chose to give the prize to another? Frankly I don’t expect to win, however I feel the main qualification should be to run a City operation and that anyone of them should qualify. I would not feel bad at all if anyone who runs a city area wins the van. Anyone.

I may have. What do they manage? If it’s the one I’m thinking of they manage all the payless shoe stores. As long as the “solutions management” isn’t connected to the moffia. Okay my bad…

Yes, I cleaned the one in La Grande twice because the owner is a friend of mine. The carpeted section is where the truckers hang out. The carpet is in the open lounge area where they watch TV and wait for showers to come available. Open 24HRS and they generally want you in the late evenings. Our carpet here is fairly small, and with the truckers coming in and out at all hours to me it was not worth the $65 minimum. I didn’t clean the resturant I turn those down. It’s your choice. Hey Rich, while you’re still single, maybe you can get a date with one of those female truckers! Wow! Make sure you wear your new Heavens Best shirt!

Everyone knows… CLS= Clever Liver Slime! (product #-555) I don’t know what is it Brian? Could it really be #101 CLF?

Ron. 3 or 3 1/2 scoops to what, and how much?

I use 1 1/2 gallons of normal solution, 1 scoop of QB (mix well, than), 4 oz of CB (citrus booster)mix well again. Note always spray lightly with water or normal cleaner the last time spray is applied as to avoid any possible dirt attraction from the CB. I also love the turf pads because they are more absorbant and I also use the BBC pads as needed. Thin pads work great for glue down kitchen carpet.

Thank you Bryan for your input.

If my owner/operators get their monthly reports and fee’s in on time from August on, order eight gallons of cleaner, and four gallons of protector from August 1st through December 15th, I will pay their motel room for two nights. It seems so simple. It will be interesting to see how many come through. I will also do a drawing giving $100 to a winner from evaluation cards sent to the home office. See you in Vegas!

I’m posting this for Dave Daffer. He lifes in Baker City Oregon. He owned a bicycle repair and sales store. He had a great business but was tired of waiting for people to come to him. He sold his business, then bought an existing Heaven’s Best business. Because of his supurb repution for excellent bike repair at a fair price, people have flocked to Dave to have him clean their carpets. Dave’s population in Baker City is 9,860. The county population is 16,741 plus a small neighboring county. Dave the last few months in a row has exceeded the best ever for Eastern Oregon by 20%. He is doing great!

Some of the dirt – nasty pads I’ve ever had has come from restauants. Black grease nasty doesn’t give it the full credit it deserves.

Note: always have (2) two sets of pads. 1) for not so bad carpets and 2) for bad carpets. When you buy new pads they become your #1 and the old #1 pads become your #2 pads. Discard your old #2 pads except the worst one and sent it to Linda at the home office for her judgement. Ha Ha.

Sorry Loren, I don’t have children for rent. Do you have any local grandchildren? Does your accountant have children for hire? Maybe you could teach the dog to do it. Buy a 10 ft pole for your wife and a big box of chocolates! Oh, and buy those big gloves and eye protection (like those ones used in the movie “Mr. Mom”).
P.S. These ideas are to be shared as though it was your ideas I don’t need any credit for this!

I posted this years ago, However I use the Frididaire Gallery. I have had it about 4 years. I had a different brand that was discontinued before that. They both are/were front load washers. Both about $450. Both cleaned about 8 pads a load with great success (30 min. cycles). I pay my children a $1 a load and they are always wanting money, so why not let them earn it and I get to deduct it! Pay my kids and deduct it to, What a country!

Hey Ron, good to have you on.

Don’t listen to that Ammon guy. Let the force be with you, Daddio! Feel the power of the force again!

PS Quit watching the Mork and Mindy re-runs.
