Brett, that was the (2) two mice! It’s a good flick. I personally like the idea of staying out of jail. I wouldn’t be the doctor either. Thanks Kathlynn.

John, often the customer is reveling their expections when they say it is filthy when it’s not. They may be saying they expect it to look new when your done.
A huge question to ask is: Do you have any concerns?
You may have spent five hours on the place and did your very best but if you didn’t see that hard to see outline of where little Johnny had an accident, you didn’t do a great job in her eyes.
So, always ask because they don’t always volunteer their concerns.

I’m booked and ready to learn and most importantly to follow through (without my gun). Excaliber is King Arthur’s (great white north) sword and with your help… I’ll get the point. Looking forward to seeing you all.

I agree with Ron and add evaluation cards to the list.

In addition to the operator of the year award and outstanding service award (in the past), I have had “Pro award” (most protector sold), “rookie of the year award” (when deserved), And also “spark plug award” for having a great operation and recruting someone to purshase a franchise. I feel these have helped operators expand their thinking, for protector sales or the recognition for recruitment. Maybe this helps them think of someone they could bring in the business. These awards can still be presented to the local paper for community recognition.
Can I still do these others or not?
Should I still be allowed to?

This is some what along this line.

A local carpet cleaner is claiming to be able to remove “dust mites” and shows a pitchure of the ugly thing. My understanding is the worst thing they can do is feed off a persons dead skin. (If so, I would be more concerned about my bed than my carpet). They are microscopic, and if you have alergies to them you will know it.

Why do some carpet cleaners think they need to scare people into using their service?

Here’s one… Why do steamers leave the door open because of the hose, exposing the hot outside air in, as well as bee’s, fly’s, spiders, and mosquito’s that could just be the one to carry the west nile virus, causing near death like problems, and have the nerve to call it “indoor air quality” cleaning?

Why do some steamers use the “filter” (clear box showing everyone the dirt being removed) outside the place being cleaned? Why would anyone pay to have the whole block comment on how much dirt was removed from your place?

Oh, why is an orange orange, and a plum purple?

I heard of an electric razar plant in Illinois closing their doors after umpty ump years. I advertised heavy in that area for a solid six weeks. No bite. I never thought of going to the company. Good idea Bryan. Oh, that was when I had IL.

Thanks Ron for sharing your dream but you can wake up now. I also found out my greatest successes end the same way, with the alarm clock.

Many times the light will come on when you reach so many miles and some times for what ever reason. To correct it in many cases, unhook the battery for half an hour and it will reset the computor. So I’ve been told. Good luck.

    Danbo!

The fridg mag’s are great as you mentioned. I had made up in business card size 10% off cleaning and Protector with an expiration date. which I wrote in by hand and signed it. The date used was six months from the date of cleaning. I put it with the refriderator magnet. They worked extremely well. Some even had a neighbor use it. It created more work. It did it’s job and I did mine.

I ask your forgivenes for my stress level reaching the max. I feel the fault is mine. I have felt streched in many directions with many personal & business concerns. Please forgive me.

I speek from the heart in saying, my faith in God, my family, and Heaven’s Best are the greatest blessings in my life. I want each to excell to the upper limits.

I find myself asking the following: Are we questioning, does internet adv. work? Or, work well enough? Is throwing more money at it the answer? Are we looking for better options? Are we seeking to unify for the common good? Are we seeking petty fault finding or true answers to concerns?

    Here’s my 2 3/4 cents.

Should we be active in personally advertising as well as with M-CO INC or only rely totally on M-CO INC?
What is working for anyone? Place? (newspaper etc.) Wording? Best timing? (day/s of week, months of year)
I heard recently, there are three sins, sins of commission, ommission, and no- mission. Hee hee. We have to have something to work toward. If you fail to plan you plan to fail. Take some time to plan out how to achieve your goals.

“I don’t need honorific titles, possessions or adoration. What I need is to feel that I am making a difference”. I believe we are making a difference.

    Well fellow state owners,

I just got back from camping with my family before school starts up again, I feel many haven’t replied because they feel badgered in to it. Force usually brings resentment (have you guys ever have teanagers). I know, like you know, Cody has the final say and truthfully I don’t think theres more than ten state owners that really care about my oppinion. I thought this was to be informitive and to be a bit fun. I see neither when one is belittled, bad mouthed, and/or felt forced. I see nothing wrong in some fun teasing, but I’m not reading it at this posting subject.

I have received a few from people who lived in owned areas unwilling to move. Sales 0000.0

Are we not allowed to advertise on our own as well? Are we only limited to M-CO INC internet advertising?

I feel the subject is good, the delivery could be improved. The best pie with all the right stuffing is worthless if it isn’t cooked at the right temperature for the right amount of time. Let’s just say I think some feel alittle toasty.

When I used to use the laundry mat for cleaning the towels and pads, I would get this once or twice a year, usually from an employee of a competitor. And I would say “that’s what I was taught when I did steam cleaning”. They are are taken back and not sure how to take it. When they realize I’m telling them I used to be a steamer. They are supprised and I explain there are always two (2) sides of a coin, only being trained in one side will never make you an expert on the other side. If we are only surface cleaners then you must also admit to being a flood cleaner that soaks the carpet many, many times in order to “flood out all the dirt”. “Yes, yes, I know you have such great suction power, Tell me how can you get out all the dirt and leave so much of the water?” Some times I’m nice and I don’t zing them. It depends in how they react to how I act. Some times it’s flat out fun. There is always two sides. “There is a reason I chose the low moisture side”.
