    To whom it may concern:
I have owned and run a truck mount system, Chemdry, and the Heaven’s Best system (of course the best, that’s why I’m involved.) I’ve been in the cleaning business since Feb 1st, 1982. (before some of you were born) You can use a buffer pad after a truck mounted system has cleaned and get more dirt & moisture out. When I owned a truck mount and HB system at the same time, on bad jobs, I did the truck first then followed it by the HB system. After charging twice as much on these bad jobs, and six months of research, I sold my truck mount. The HWE is not the answer. The answer is to get yourself trained with all the HB products. There is a reason for all of them. As your knowledge of the products increase, so does your confidence. With a strong confidence based on knowledge, nothing will stop you from success. Nothing. The grass is not greener some where else. We are the greener pasture others are looking to.

Note: No one has paid me to say this, I am not running for any office, and I approve this message.

This reply is not so much about our protector, as it is about customers expections…
    A line I’ve used for years…

“Going to the dentist once, twice, or even three times a year for cleaning, will never make up for the lack of daily brushing. so it is with carpets, calling me several times a year to clean will not make up for daily vacumming. It takes both for a winning combination”

Moral of this story: Protector is neither bullet proof or fool-proof, but it helps with everything else!

It will be hard to come up with one better! I would add one word. It states to what the program is about.

“Heaven’s Best Care & Share” referral program.

    Great name Jeff!

Ratings and receiving your referrals on tex messaging are key to success with SM. Tex messaging is important because they send out the referral to (3) three carpet cleaners. If you are the first to repond you are most likely the one to get the job!!!

Matt, This is a good question.

First, I had a HB operator tell me he was not a salesman and was not very good at it. With his wife sitting next to him, I explained your salesmanship got you married and it appears to still be working! And I don’t think you sold her a bill of goods. If you want to sell, you can sell.

Second, In farming out appointments for hire, 1. Set the goal and the boundries. (no resturants etc.) (spend a day with us cleaning, “see it done”)
    2. Two ways I’ve hear of paying, 20% one time payout -or- 10% for each time the job is cleaned (as long as they are employed) Hope this helps.

    #1 FTC Doc’s
    “Franchised” Outlets
The terminology has confused me from time to time for years. Does this mean “total franchised areas” or “total contracts”?

It appears, like speed is the factor. instead of quality time needed to do the job right. I’m more interested in a quality clean. I’m not interested in being a “cheap, take the dust off the top cleaner”.

To me the only benefits are, the two buffer system and large open space cleaning.
The downside as stated earlier, one more piece of equipment to buy & maintain, van ramp, van storage space, up & down stairs issue, and remove from van daily for re-charging of batteries etc.

I’d love to hear more pro’s than con’s, but I’m simply not seeing them.

Just a side note. If they have a forced air system, I ask them to check their filter more often. I once assisted an 89 yr old in changing her filter. It had, I kid you not, 3″ of build up. The filter was changed and a year later she died. Go figure.

When it comes time to find a use for buffer pads other them carpet, I found the local animal shelter loves them. They use them in the pens and also for fresbe’s for dogs to play fetch. They write up a thank you to HB in their newsletter. They ask if I want a donation reciept for them. I decline because I already write them off. The newsletter is a nice bonus.

Okay, If soft water cleans better, does it leave more of a residue? Example, While traveling through out the many great states I go to, I have noticed, in some ares it (soft water) takes much longer (more rinsing) to remove the shampoo from the sides & back of my head. (Top optional) ha!
So, does using soft water require using straight water as the last spray over to insure there is no attracting residues left in the carpet?

I had NASE… In one year I lost my apendics (sp) and my wife lost a ring finger on her right hand (horse accident). In both cases we end up paying more than the insurance company did. We now have had Blue Cross Blue Shild of Oregon for over a year, and the best part is we haven’t needed any insuance service since changing! Nase lost and re-found our paper work several times. I would recommend Nase as much as I would gikko. In fact, I strongly would advise against both.
