I can e-mail a nifty little price sheet I made up if you guys are interested in seeing it. Just let me know.

Currently doing 3 rooms at $135 plus tax, no size limit.
    1 room at $65
    2 at $95

    After 3 rooms=$25 per room after 3.

Hotel Rooms= depending on what they want done or how they want it done= $12-$25 per room.

    And so on.
Will e-mail the list if you guys want. Has nice logo and nice look and hand to customers before we start cleaning so they can see the other services we offer and how much they will pay.

I locked the keys in the van 2 times. I took one of the rakes and pushed up on the lock. I just put the rake(stick part) through one of the holes in the cage between drivers seat and equipment. Have had the pad thing happen to me like Ron. Didn’t charge sprayer and it sputtered out on me. Thank God for the back up hand pump sprayer I carry.

If I’m alone I will do what Sutton said and make small talk untill I can find a place to pull over. Usually my wife is with me taking the calls so I am fortunate in that instance.

That’s awesome bro. I wear my hat everywhere I go and get noticed as well. Our logos are great. Our company is great. I have a lot of people ask if the little girl on our van is our daughter.

Had ours a year now and still look great. I just wash by hand with your everyday tap water. The guy who installed the logos recommended against going through any car wash. As Adam mentioned “they are vinyl, so be careful”.

    I’m with Mr. Ferris,

Businesses still need your services as well. Hotels still need rooms to be cleaned, restuarants, apartments, etc….

Thank you for letting me know. I appreciate any ideas or other things I left out that can be added. Anyone can edit the packet to meet their needs or area.

    Hey Carpet “R” Us,

Go to ad site at http://www.heavensbestads.com

Click on targeted ads. You can’t miss it. There are some new cover sheets added by corporate that look great. As mentioned before. Add, take away, re-word or whatever you need to do to make packet fit your needs. It is a word doc. so it is easy to edit. I did put the packet into correct font for all. From what I understand though, you have to have the font downloaded from our site or it will come to you as times new roman font. I may be wrong but it could be a possiblity. If this happens, then let me know on this posting so I can post instructions on how to download fonts.

Thanks to all and good to be back on here,

What is your population there in Central Virgina? I guess I should have asked; what cities do you have. 100,000 to a million or under 100,000. The packets are found under the heavens best ads web site.

Check out some previous replys to find out some more info about these. They are one first and second page of website last time I checked. At bottom of first page there will be numbers 1,2. Click on 2 if not found on 1 and you should find them. As mentioned before. Fully editable. For help with this packet or to edit it and make it to fit your area, let me know and I can walk you through it (I can e-mail instructions about it). I think those of you familiar with MS Word or if your are semi computer savvy then you have no problem with this. I think some folks don’t reply and ask questions because they are afraid of being embarrassed. Please don’t be guys. That is why we have this beautiful tool called the bulletin board. I have no problem with helping any of you. I won’t charge a dime. Just be patient. Some times, depending on how busy we are, I can reply fast or may take a while. Anyway, God Bless and get excited about 2008. I think it will be good for all of us.

Not very well. We decided to not use them. As mentioned in previous reply on this post we looked at a store that was 5000 sq.ft. The offered us $250 for the whole thing. Guys, this was carpet and tile. Mostly carpet. We have had a slow aug, sep and nov of 2007, but I am not desperate to cut my self short. That would be right at 5 cents psf. That is not counting the tile of course. I was thinking more along the lines of $800 (low bid) to $1500 (high bid). They also insisted on us using steam cleaning. I took a deep breath, nearly blew the leather off my boots, and kindly said ” we must decline your offer at this time”. I really wanted to say kiss my a$$. What a waste of my time. Happy 2008 guys.

I know that some little black pieces will eventually work themselves off the caps as far as the 2 1/2 gallon tanks are concerned. As far as the spotter bottles, I am not sure. I do know that water that sits long enough in anything can get just about any bacteria in it. A perfect example is protozoa. Sounds funny but my sons discovery science kit helped us grow some. We had to use dry grass and leaves though. I know I’m stretching a little here. I really don’t know on this one, concerning the spotter. It could be mold, or could be a couple dirt particles that got in once poured into bottle, or air blown, who knows. Hope you get the answer bro.

Haven’t heard much or made a decision. We did visit one of the 5 locations today and it was about 5000 sq.ft. Very excited but taking things step by step. Contracting companies can be difficult to work for. We have been cleaning for another company called capitol cleaning contracters but has only given us 3 jobs in a year. Better than none I must say. Will let you know more as this proceeds forward. We have a conference call with them tomarrow.
