Participant10 mill a year. Wow. Having to run 30 truck operation would make me want to mix it up a little too. I can’t imagine having that many. It’s hard enough with the one van. You must have got a hold of some southern comfort.

ParticipantYou could ask the superintendant or the principal. Principals are a little less busy than the super though. Offer up a teacher appreciation flyer, or teacher appreciation month, etc…

ParticipantBferris idea is great. You could also go to your local post office. They usually will send out welcome to the nieghborhood envelopes with coupopns and specials in them from other companies. I have’nt tried it personally so don’t know if it would work. Find the companies building these homes and offer them a special of some sorts to get your name in those new homes.

ParticipantI agree with Lauara Burkhard. If you’ve done all you can then it is a permanent stain. Putting too many mixtures of chemicals can cause problems later on down the road. Blood/Protein remover should have removed the blood and then your pet enzyme, or vice versa. We’ve never had a problem with blood but some pet stains are permanent as well as other types of stains. Atleast you tried and gave the customer the “pickle” they deserve.

My wife and I graduated with dgrees in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Texas Pan American. We met at office depot and then my wife worked secretarial work for a year and I was a semi-pro/college/little league/high school umpire. I also did some football officiating. We met Violet Aden through Trish’a aunt and the rest is history. Violet Aden owns Corpous Christi and took me under her wing to show me the ropes. Unlike most of you (I Think) we put all our money, took a small business loan and opened in June 2004. From college graduate to carpet cleaner. Nothing wrong with that. The knowledge of knowing the way people work has helped us grow steadily. Sociology is the study of society and social situations, etc. Without all of you and Cody, John and all those at the corporate office, we would probably be out of business. Who’s next?

ParticipantI’m one of those guys who does that. Sorry Tyler, I’ll put my brain back in.

ParticipantIt depends on mentality of where you live. We always have people who want to negotiate price, and they ask about the guarantee and we tell them yes I guarantee that I will work as hard as I can. I never guarantee that a stain will be 100% gone becuase not all of them come out,

ParticipantDeviln’s right. Try coffee remover. If the stain is untoched with any of those nasty over the counter cleaners, and hasn’t been there too long then 101 will work. May ever give blood remover a shot. Sounds crazy but has worked for me.

ParticipantYep, it’s a patch. Looks to me like a 3 sided patch. Never done before but am interested in learning how. So, how would you do this?
Thanks for reply,
Mike

ParticipantI agree with Barry Loenthal. It is a huge liability. My wife and I stick to minor water extractions. If we are weary, then we recommend a plan B.

ParticipantI agree with Mark and Dennis. Putting this on your ad will open the doors for people who want something for nothing. Has happend to us on some flyers we used.
