Fastest growing area

I have the fastest growing area in the U.S. In my city (Maricopa) alone we issued more building permits that any other city in the nation in ’05 and it’s going to stay like this for the next 2 years or so.

I would like get inside every single new home in my area; not literally but in the form of a magnet or something. I’m looking for ideas as how I can do this. One idea is to purchase 5000 magnets and print 5000 “introduction letters” and go door to door sticking the letter to the door (most metal) on every other door. If I go every other door I will drum up enough business in that one area that the neighbors should start asking about us and I’ll get the rest.

Does anyone else have any ideas as to how we can get into every home? My thought is that if we can be the first carpet cleaner in these brand new homes, then the homeowner will never call another CC.
