    Hi,
    once again I need to stress the importance of putting the customers e-mail address in the “To:” field when you reply to an estimate request. If you don’t put thier address in specificly, then it gets sent to me (webmaster@heavensbest.com).

    All was going well until about last week when i got about 6 different operators who just hit “reply” and pushed send.

    >Phone:(323)962-6364
    >
    > Email Address: carlarenatawms@aol.com
    >
    > Number of Rooms: 01

    Thats what you need to send your replies to. If they do not provide an e-mail address, then you will need to call them.
