I usually use 2 oz. in my tanks. It seems quite effective on the minor pet stains, and for general odors.
I keep a consentrated spray bottle on my spot try with 3-4 oz. mixed in.

    I agree.
He is just another slick salesman, getting rich off others.
My ethics won’t let me do what he does.

I use QKBks invoice, unless I take a job over the phone for that day.
I use the same QB invoice for both residential and commercial.
For the on demand jobs, I write them out of the HB book.

    I have to disagree Gary.
I have done both, and I know for a fact, that I can remove more stains and sediment with this system.
However, I don’t have any experience with the new “Roto” systems for HWE. But compared with a wand; I’m going to win!!

I’m alergic to Dust & Cats, so it triggers my asthma.

    Gary,
I’m glad to see you changed your mind.
I’ve got 2 vacs (6 and 8 years old), and I think they are the best on the planet.

After so many years of vacumming though, I have learned to use a paper respirator while running them. Hepa filter bags just mean more air restiction, which equals less suction.
Personaly, I like sucking the wings off a fly at 20 feet.

    Have a Great Week!

    Mike,
Your lucky… I have never heard of the THIEVES at Verizon ever giving back a single dollar. The best I have ever heard from them is:
“We will give you FREE color next year”.
I can’t repeat what I said to that.

Now I only place “line listings” in the phone book.
And I still broke my all time sales record last month.

    Good Luck.

    Ron,
Your right. I have seen the same situation with emergency water extractions. The backing was just shedding from the carpet.

I have gone behind some of these “wam bam” HWE cleaners. The home owner calls me in 4 days later, to a house that reeks of mildew.
The home owners, and their homes, got soaked.

DVD – That will be a great teaching to for our employees as well.

Also, they never sent an invitation to log into the LMCCA website, in order to create a user account. Hopefully that will change with the updated website.

    Hey Kurt,
You don’t have to live down south to sweat on this job.
The other guys are right, it is a great workout. I use to have back troubles, but rarely does it bother me now.
I’m 42, and remember all to well when I started 8 years ago, that I was sore for the first 6 months. I see this 6 month figure reflected in new hires as well… so it isn’t an age thing.

Hang in there! It will get easier.

** Hey Brian! I have never heard of this thing with the Dew!
You know… they don’t make it with mountain water anymore.

    Thanks Dave,
I have been thinking this very question lately. Just haven’t had time to write it.
Justin, don’t forget to request a time frame that we can call them.
Like you said, some are doing this from work.

The only other option I can think of would be to add the price list for 1000 franchisees on the website…. I don’t see that being anymore effective.

If you do a dunk method, which can be more effective, do not hang to dry.
This would surely cause color to bleed onto the fringe.

I made this mistake on a 15 X 20. It took me 2 1/2 weeks to re-color the fringe white.

Don’t be too fearful of area rugs. I have only had 2 rugs in 8 years that bled any color.
I would like to find a good color stabilizer to add to the bath, if anyone knows of one.

Sorry everyone…. I did that last year, and didn’t tell anyone.
I kept expecting the other shoe to drop.
    So far it hasn’t.

You definately need to do this !!!!
