    Just curious who uses Quickbooks’ invoices and who uses the Heaven’s Best Invoice books when writing up your work order. Or do you use something else? Also, why do you use the one you use? I use the HB invoice book, but am considering a switch to Quickbooks invoices if it will make my life easier, more cost efficient, and keep me looking professional. Do some of you use one for one type of job (residential?) and one for other types of jobs (commercial?)?

    We use the HB invoice book. The reason being we dont have a computer and printer setup in the van. Although when we get back to the office we create an invoice in quickbooks with the HB invoice number so it all matches up.

    I use QKBks invoice, unless I take a job over the phone for that day.
    I use the same QB invoice for both residential and commercial.
    For the on demand jobs, I write them out of the HB book.
