Step Two: State owners have a different process to get accounts set up. Don't worry its really easy. You will need to contact corporate to get your link to create an account. After that it is very simple.

If you clicked "State Owner" by accident, go ahead and click "Operator" now.

Step Three: Now choose a new username, confirm the email address that you would like to use for password recovery, and a password.
