if we have to make a return visit we usually clean again and then protect, it seem like it helps so we don’t have to make a third visit.

we use our dirt napper all the time and FAE on the dirty ones. the napper works great on traffic lanes, and if there are any stains we use FAE on them.

we usually charge $100-$150 depending on how bad it is. Don’t be scared to walk away from the bad ones, we’ve ran away from a few of the bad ones.

On my last order the A was darker than usual but it stilled pulled the wine stain just as good as the clear stuff. Red dye removal amazes me every time I use it, it is great stuff.

we use a Grout Sealer Applicator Roller Bottle that we bought for i think $4.00 from Lowes. It really speeds up the process and easy to use.

we charge $1.25 to clean and seal. We figure if we are going thru all the trouble of cleaning it we are going to seal it, and after we explain all the time and hard labor to the customer they don’t seem to mind. But we make sure they know that price is for cleaning and sealing so if they get other estimates they know.
