    Matt,

Be prepared to throw some pads away,,I do a dining room that is part of a hotel acct. that I have. The pads come out BLACK and They don’t clean up..
I keep these pads just for this acct. I have mentioned a process before that can be used but I said I would not mention it on the BB again and I won’t.
    Charge accordingly.

    Matt,

Just wondering on the clean off,,What did they have you do?? Was it an area of carpet or a piece of carpet? And how soiled was it to begin with? I have some hotels that I explained our “processes” to… Telling them that we do extraction when needed and LM when it is’nt needed..I have done very little extraction. The point being that we have to cover all bases or we get thrown out at the plate. One other thing I have learned is that you can not convince some people no matter how hard you try..

O.K. Please forgive me for suggesting a dual process. I will never mention Dual Process again, nor will I ever Use Dual process again..Dual process is inferior..it takes a long time too..in fact i am removing all equipment from my van that might even look like i might even think about doing Dual processing..thanks to all for turning me around …what on earth was I thinking ?

My point is that you can show the entire capability of your service. you can bet the competiion will be doing more than the “norm” on their end. I would use a ninja or something along those lines however…not the upholstery mate..

    good luck

Matt, Have you considered dual processing to really kill the competition?
I don’t know what equipment you have but that would really do a number on them…

I was just stirring the pot…and it worked quite well. I have found that just the mere mention of HWE makes the pot boil…you have to love it…

The up side to our process is the drying time…the downside to HWE is the lack thereof. All i know is when i think i have done a good job of cleaning i run a finishing towel….and get a ton of soil out..and these are jobs that are not heavily soiled…this is one of the reasons i say that HWE removes more soil if done properly..the down side ….well we all know the answer to that.
