    does anybody have trouble with the sprayer hose splitting when using the citrus boost? is there any other type of hose that would take the citrus

    I get .50 per sq ft for VCT that includes sweep, mop, strip, & 2 coats of wax. This is hard work and time consuming so make it worth your while. Then for buff outs depending on if its monthly or quarterly adjust your price to .15 – .25.

    I bought a ramp from Harbor Freight to get in & out of van works great. As far as stairs if two people carry it up steps its easier.

    I do several motels of different chains in corpus christ texas and I charge $7 per room walk area only. They move chairs, tables & vaccum for us. If its a suite then depending on size charge $10-$15, $5 per chair cushion, $50 per couch, then try to upsell protectant. We do the motels twice a year all rooms at that rate then in between set a limit for a callout.
