i just purchased a list of local churches in my area from that website.

mailing just went out today. (trying to get some last minute easter business)same problem with me. did two jobs for them. each time i got the run around on when to expect payment. i think it took them 3 months to get a check out to me. never again
I recieved the napper the other day. Definitly has its pros and cons. I agree with Ferris, BBC doesnt fit well at all. I’m gonna wait till I get some nice dirty carpet and do a side by side comparison……..one side napper, other side without; and see what the results look like.
I’ve been using valpak consistently for over a year now. It has worked really well for me. Some months better than others. Wouldnt recommend participating if more than one other carpet cleaner is advertising as well.

The carpet bonnets are what’s “extracting” the soil and moisture from the carpet. I dont believe I was in the wrong or misleading in anyway or “false advertising”. I never claimed to be a HWE cleaner or a steam cleaner, nor did I say I was gonna come into your house with hoses and suck anything up. I believe the samantics are on my side. I simply put in VERY FINE PRINT in the coupon disclaimer…..”deep extraction cleaning”.
