thanks for the info. i recommended a patch job. i think she’s gonna go for it. this will be my first. little does she know she might be better off just dealing with the stain 😆
sweet. thanks for the post neil. got a question for you though. how did you come up with your pricing structure? for residential i just did some spy work and called up other cc’s and asked them for a free estimate. but i dont see how i can do that for commercial accounts? reason i’m asking is i have an appointment to meet a property manager on monday and have no idea what to tell him when he asks me how much i charge

hey thanks for the tip ron. havent tried FX yet but am definitly planning on it. i hear the initial response isnt so great but if you stay patient with it, it’ll pay off. was that your experience as well?
and mike, yeah craigs list is workin pretty good for me. so far on the average i’ve been getting about 5 or 6 calls per week from it. in the upcoming weeks i’m gonna make a posting on here giving tips to everyone on how to be successful on craigs list.got a couple jobs tomorrow. right now the only jobs i’m getting are coming from my craigs list ad…….hey its free! got the money mailer starting on Monday so hopefully things will pick up then. anyway thanks for the clarification pat
when you guys say 2ounces 101, 2 ounces citrus /4 ounces 101 and 4 ounces citrus, what container or you mixing this in? the spray bottle? one gallon jug then pouring into spray bottle?
hey just wanted to post an update on my pet stain job yesterday. it went off without a hitch. i iused a combo of FAE and pet enzyme. those stains didnt have a chance. thank you all for your input!
