    Thanks for the reply Bryan,
    I checked into it locally a few years ago. They wanted $375 for set up on each commercial ad and $20 each time one of them run. They said it was a great deal! I concluded the great deal was probably for them. I passed. I’m glad things are going well for you.

    Bryan, is this one of those that cost you so much for the making of the ad and $10 each time it runs? If so, how much to create it?

    Ron, I understand what your saying, I’m sure if Brian is charging for only 1/2 a room he is only cleaning 1/2 a room. What he is saying makes perfect dollars and cents to me.

    I would also talk protector and anything else to build the VALUE! Even if they choose not to have the additional service. Build the best value for the bucks. We can do spot dyeing, carpet repairs, protector, disinfectant, gum removal, odor removal, Dry in 1 hour, and find a date for your daughter, (drop the last one). We are a service and we do best when we act like the name we carry, “Heaven’s Best” service. When we do this everything else falls into place.

    About price- ask what others are charging (for just the carpet cleaning). If you are the best, you can charge more and get more, and probably the most important, keep the work too.

    I had a customer ask “What do I use on my leather furniture for a quick clean up like a spill?” I said I would ask the experts and return and report. She asked if a wet rag would be okay.

    Where do I start.

    I think it is best to concentrate on whats excepted in your area. If almost everybody goes by room size, go by room size. The same is true for sf. charging. You have to find the balance between you and and the customer.
