Actually, Fast food resturants might work. When I worked with the High School Band, they were able to sell annual cards for 10% discounts on most menu items for Burger King and D.Q. (Same as senior discount) Where’s Junk in the box head quarters? Phone #? We don’t have one in La Grande.

If you would like me to help you to get added benifits for HB’s (owners & operators), I would be glad to help. Keep in mind it needs to be something that owners & operators would use. Motels, nice but not to nice that operators wouldn’t pay for. If you have any ideas for perk’s for owner operators, again I would be glad to assist.

This is a 20-30% discount. The more we use Shilo Inn & Suites the price will go down even more!

Do you have any other places, events (other than the Super Bowl), Etc, than you would like us to look into?

Our thoughts turn into actions. Much like the printer can only print from the computer program. You can never change what’s being printed without changing what’s on the program. It starts in the mind. It’s one of the greatest Blessings / condemnations we have. How we use this gift is our own to chose. I believe in us.

I feel as Bryan and most feel, Radio and TV ad’s would really be a big boost!

How is our first “Bachlor Degree” questions coming? Will we see them in the next State Owner Meeting?

    How may I help?

Bryan, I have had a similar concern with a few other operators. One had a very good friend in the van signage business. One just insisted he would only wear a polo shirt and had the new logo from a local shop transfered to it. One operator from a very small community insist on not going with the new van logo’s. This person has a window van and ordered the new logo for the u-mate and put it on the van with her phone # under it. Two out of the three were brought up while making operator visits. I made a call to Cody. Asked how the situations should be handled. M-CO INC is who I have a contract with, so I came to the conclussion I would handle it anyway Cody instucted me to. I would recommend giving Cody a call.
Most of the above problems have been ironed out.

First, let’s make this point clear. The only complete idiots in the carpet cleaning business, are the ones that didn’t go with Heaven’s Best!

Second, Wood stain accidently spilled out of the cantainer on to the carpet came out 100% says Sir Gov. Sutton.

Third, Carefully read the proceedures manual on each product with concerns.

Forth, almost all products work a little different in each area. Soils with clay, chemicals like clorene, floride, pesticides, or anything else in the water. Type, age, use, and care of carpet, (miss spilled words) all are contributing factors. (not the miss spelled words)
Not everything that is prefect in La Grande, Oregon is perfect anywhere else and vice-a-versa. Some practice and/or further questions are some times required.

Fifth, Vote for Cody Howard for president of the United States! Not really, but believe Cody cares about each one of you, your family, and your success. The caring doesn’t stop with Cody. We have the Best! We are the Best! In this franchise we are not here to see through one another but to see one another through. It is the same with how we treat our customers.

Sixth, review first through fifth, re-evaluate and go from there!

Mike, I think Brian means from the wood stain container “can” (not applied to wood).

The funeral was today. This was my second best-est friend ever. I have a very strong belief in the after life. However this has effected me much stronger than I ever thought it would or could.
I guess what I’m trying to say is, our life is on barrowed time, and so is your loved ones. Make the time to make a difference with the ones that really matter.

My experience has been that the wood stain remover that we have works about 40% of the time. (Allot of variables). However I know of no one else that even has a wood stain remover.

Potted plant stains… For me one of the best thing to start with is rust remover. Start at a small part of it and experiment. For me rust remover has worked great.

Note: Soils (dirt) are are not the same every where.

    Chem-dry uses CO2

If they only charge $55 for two rooms they will probably attract the customers we may want to ‘pass’ on anyway.

The customers I want are the ones concerned more with quality then price.

    Agree?

    Mike,
In past years I took our 32oz spotters with bright red and green ribbons (prettty) to all my property managers. For residentual customers I just gave them something like a room of protector free or a spotter bottle (large or small depending on the situation).

Last year instead, I gave out the HB mugs filled with HB pens and HB mints. I just wished I could be there when a competitor was doing a sales pitch and finally noticed all the desk had a Heaven’s Best mug on them!

It was fun and felt good to deliver them.

76% of adults who buy candy for the trick-or-treaters eat it all before halloween and have to buy more for the kids. Were you one of those 76%ers?

    Mints were a big hit!

    Matt,
    Two options,
    1. Hire a local person in your area, have them go full time in your area and send him to the new area to do the jobs there, until you have it built up to sustain a person full time.

    -Or-

    2. Hire a person from the second area, when there is little to not much going on in the second area, spread out his time building the area and working one or two days a week in your area so this person makes enough to pay the bills.

    Re-evaluate regularly.
