HB2003Participant
I typically check in a couple times a month to see if anything new pops up.
HB2003ParticipantSounds great! I usually use QB with very good results, but may try FAE on some of those nastier areas. Thanks.
DanHB2003ParticipantThanks Gordon. My biggest concern was when using a very pH product like FAE, if our 101 is a proper neutralizer for something like that? I know the Acid rinse is big in the carpet cleaning industry, but just wondering if we ever need anything like that after using higher pH products.

HB2003ParticipantReuben,
I agree that the shine is not really there, nor the purpose. Expectation management is the key. We do let see the extremely dirty water that we extract, and then they really become believers…
HB2003ParticipantAs far as I know, the blue stuff is the newest product HB carries.
HB2003ParticipantNo Problem…Thanks
HB2003ParticipantSure thing…We found that by using more Multi-purpose cleaner on the floor (Heavier spray than just a heavy mist) then use a green pad to scrub out the floors, and right after that we extract the liquid before it has a chance to dry up at all (we now use a walk behind Wet vac with squeegee attachment. Or you could use a floor scrubber type machine). This process has made it easy to get a good deep clean and remove all dirt and residue allowing the floors to be properly prepped for the Blue wood cleaner/polish. We use the Blue pad to buff out. Even on what looks like very clean floors that are in great shape to begin with, the amount of dirt we remove is amazing. We just finished a $900 job and the customer was extremely happy with the results. As mentioned before, we make sure that we set the right expectations and let them know that we are not adding a new shiny finish or anything like that. But when they actually see the amount of dirt that we extract out, they are amazed.
HB2003ParticipantSounds good. Thanks Evan. We tweaked our process slightly and are getting very good results now…
HB2003ParticipantGood deal. THanks for the feedback
HB2003ParticipantThanks Stefan. I use to have that one until it finally went out on us after several years of use. The new red ones don’t seem to be as useful as those were, at least with the tips, etc.
HB2003ParticipantThanks guys for the feedback. Great points.
HB2003ParticipantPatrick,
Thanks for the info. I think I will be doing a lot of door to door as well introducing ourselves like you mentioned. I appreciate the feedback.
Dan
HB2003ParticipantThanks for the info Dave.
Dan
HB2003ParticipantDoes anyone have an employee handbook that you are willing to share?
Thanks
Dan
HB2003ParticipantGreat feedback guys. Thanks for all of the input…
