What I need to do, and just realized a little while ago, is just bulk e-mail them to everyone. I have been sending them individually, but just remembered that all I have to do is type in every e-mail address I have and they all go out at the same time. When I send some more I will do so. Would you like a copy Patrick. I would love to post them on the corporate server with corporate approval of course. Thanks Evan. I’m glad you like them. Let me know how these work for you guys. Try to condense them down, so you can save some ink. If any suggestions to improve them, let me know.

FL18ParticipantHow are the cards working for you Dave? I noticed this post was a while back. Just wanted to know? Hope all is well.

My wife wants to make cookies for some of our female clientel. My wife makes these chocalte crinkles every year for x-mas and it’s almost like legal crack or someting. I usually eat them as she is making them. She gets a little mad at me. Anyway, just wanted to add that note.

FL18ParticipantGrout is so pourous as it is. I could see how getting stains out would be tough. From the little tile and grout we have done, I noticed that it was next to impossible to clean it out. A lot of people down here tell us that their grout was not sealed or treated and this could be the reason that dirt, grease, spills, etc would stay behing for good. Wish I could tell you more. Bleach is so abrasive to anything.
Mike
FL18ParticipantNothing wrong there in my opinion. Halloween is candy time bro. Hopefully the kids get hooked on it and scream “i want some more heaven’s best” 😆
Mike
FL18ParticipantSounds like the same stuff Chem-dry uses or please correct me if I’m wrong.
Mike
FL18ParticipantI think I read about this on one of the newsletters, and for the life of me can’t remember which one. Could have been a previous posting or something. Good to know. Thanks guys.
FL18ParticipantI appreciate all who are interested and appreciate those of you who have been waiting. I have sent some more out tonight. The files are rather large so I have condensed them down. When I send these they will be in 4 or 5 different e-mails with attachments. I tried sending one out as a whole and it took 15 minutes just to attach and send. So, now I am moving a little faster. These may come as “Bulk” mail or regualr mail, I’m not sure. So, check all your mail folders and don’t delete any just yet. An example of what my e-mail will be titled is as follows: “Heaven’s Best–Mike Nowlin’s Commercial Packets pages 1-3” and then you get 3 more after that labled 4-6, 7-10, and a 2nd optional cover page. So far I have sent these to the following people who have requested them, in order of request:
Tim Gibson
Evan Leisersohn
heavensbestlv
David Phillips
Jeff Miller
Eric SwilleyNext in line to get the packets will be:
Brett Palmer
Jim Wilson
Matthew Dooley
K State Mike
Wendy Newlun–your last name is similar to mine
Dave and JoAnn Dilts
Denis–Gorham,NH
Baden Neilson
Ryan Kaufman
Mark GriffinThank you guys for the request. It is greatly appreciated and I hope it helps. The first packet has landed me 7 jobs off of one real estate office in the last two or three weeks. I hope these will help you guys. They have letters of recommendation in them from some of my clients. All you have to do is scan some of your own and copy and paste them into the pages where mine are. I will mention again, that these will eat up ink on your ink cartridges, but one job covers that you know. If you want to condense, then go ahead for ink purposes. Keep in mind guys, that some things work for some that do not work for others. So far, they are working pretty good for me, but may not for you. I pray they do. I should start charging you guys—he he 😆
Hope all is well with you. I will continue to spit these out for you as soon as I can. I think Wedneday will most likely be the next day I will be able to send them out. Most likely Wednesday night. God bless and pray for us as I do for all of you. This is the busy season, go get ’em.Mike Nowlin
FL18ParticipantI sent out 3 or 4 tonight and have busy day tomarrow. Will send more tomarrow night. Hope all is well.
Thanks Wendy, will send tomarrow night. (10/25/07)

FL18Participant2 ounces is what I usually do as well. Just depends on how bad it is. I rarely use more than 4 ounces. As far as percent effective I would think you could answer that one by looking at the products on this site or the procedures manual. I could be wrong.

Post your e-mail address so I can send packets to some of you.
Mike
FL18ParticipantHey bro,
wanted to know if you got my recent e-mail for the commercials and ad’s.
Mike
FL18ParticipantWord of mouth here and door to door commercial sales. I have recently made some commercial packets related to those on the HB ad’s website. Anyone interested, I would be more than happy to e-mail it to you. The Verizon yellow pages got us one call. I paid $375 a month for a quarter page ad. I got my money back from them as well. The commercial packets I made can be given to any business, restuarants, hotels, realtors, etc. The first packet I passed out was to a realtor. We received 4 jobs off the one packet. These packets will eat up your ink on your printer but $40 for ink and paper is a small exspense in relation to the jobs received. I have had others schedule and sent some proposals out as a result of the packets. Word of mouth and repeats are the best no doubt, but right now, the packets are kicking some a**. Hope all is well.
Happy Cleaning
FL18Participantat&t works great.
Thanks guys
FL18ParticipantI sent out a proposal today with a price of .70 psf. We’ll see how it goes. If no bite then I may wait and drop to .65 psf. I noticed with some clients if you start off high, wait and then drop, they will usually bite and you still make more, or close to what you wanted. I won’t go less then .50 but if I can get between .50 and .70, I am a happy camper. It’s one of those with a thin layer of poly on it. John and corporate have been very helpful in educating me on the process with the poly coating on the wood. Thanks John and corporate for all you do. Cody, thanks for the reply about the poly wood floors that you made in an earlier reply under the poly topic.
