    We do this as well. I will pick them up and drop them off. Depending on how busy we are, I have them back anywhere from next day to a week later. Also depends on how bad they are. Go to google and type in how much to clean an oriental rug and do some research. I can’t remember the site off the top of my head but I found out I was pretty cheap. Currently for rugs that I pick up, frop off we charge as follows:

    Small area rug= $95
    Mid size=$125
    Large=$165
    Xtra large=$225

    These are still reasonable prices for oriental rugs compared to most. As far as the wal-mart brands or oriental knock offs we will usually clean on site depending on surface of floor but I have considered bringing them all in and dropping off. Hope all is well.

    What’s a power stretcher Matt? I’m just curious. Would like to provide this service as well. Plan on it. Just in near future. I realize the name says it all but I saw this guy a few months ago with a “stretcher” that went from wall to wall and then he turned some kind of crank and boom, it was done.

    I’m sorry these things are happening to you guys. I worry about stuff like this to, but during the summer. Most or our products have a high flash point according to MSDS sheets so I don’t worry about that. I have never known what below freezing feels like. Just to give you an idea. The temperature in Mission, TX (South Texas) was 89 degrees. We will get to the 30’s if we are lucky.

    Hello to all,

    Thanks for request for the packets that I made for you guys. As you know, if you got one or I e-mailed you one, the majority of the packet is already there under elements and fonts from the ad site. I recently submitted one to corporate, to Justin, and he made me aware that I may have done this without corporate permission, based on the photos I used. From what I understand, and I mentioned this to Justin, I have the rights based on our city owner contracts. I will have to find it and read it. I also mentioned that I am not upset at all at Justin, corporate or anyone else. We learn something new everyday but this was a common sense brain fart on my part. I will touch base with Justin or those at corporate and we will work this out. I have photos I can personally use in relation to dogs, cats or floors, etc… I can ask my hotel clientel if I can take photos of their establishments and what not. Again, I am not upset, but making it known that I may have done this wrongly or without permission, etc. Those of you using my packets, if you are, may consider holding off untill this is clear. If I can’t continue to use the packets, I will revise, edit or wirte my own paragraphs, photos, etc…. and will submit them again for your use. They have been working for me, and I hope for you all as well. Thanks for your interest and requests. We will figure this out and I will let you know.

    I agree with Gordo on the soil being different in certain areas. Like here in South Texas, being close to the coast, we find our “dirt” to be sandy almost like the beach considering we are an hour from the beach. On the potted soil stains, I usually am successful with protein remover. But you are talking about wood stains, sorry, got off track here. I have had no success with them. I see different types of wood stains and various degrees. Some are brown, obviuosly, and some are cherry wood color. I tried red dye remover on the cherry wood stain, or I should say a cherry finish, to no avail. Sorry bro.

    Pat,
    I do this with “snow birds” or “winter texans” as we call them here in Texas. One calls and wants some sort of discount, as usual, and I tell them to get 3 or more to clean and I will do their trailer/motor home for next to nothing. I have been focusing my attention on these trailer parks more than ever because it could be great income for my biz. Some of these parks/resorts have 400 to 500 trailers/motor homes and they have a bulletin board with biz cards on them. Some of them use notebooks with comment sections. A park I have done recently went from one job to 6 within the last week or so. These winter texans come from all of your territories for 4-6 months from November to March,April, May and I get calls from some of them who have used you guys in other cities/states. A lot of them end up in Florida as well. One call I got last year was from one of Brian Sutton’s clients. She said Brian was slacking 😆
    Just kidding Brian. She said he does a great job and was excited to know Heaven’s Best is here in South Texas. Perfect example of how one owner/operator can affect another. Hope all is well. Happy cleaning.

    I know but I was referring to what Brian was saying about “mixing” the 101. I did read that somewhere. I usually do use a cup and half and then I also pour a cup of water back into the bottle. Seems to work just fine.
