Possible but highly unlikely. I say possible because dogs and other animals are like us, they have allergies to one thing and not the other. I worked for a vet’s office for a couple of years and know, by looking at orange deoderizer’s MSDS sheet, that nothing in the deoderizer can hurt any animal. The dog may like certain nutrients or simply water in it’s diet, or could have picked it up outside. If it happened around the time of the cleaning, which ofcourse is going to be blamed on you, then the dog could have layed on something outside. Some kind of grass or plant, or bug that secreted something. If she is blaming you then explain what u did different, apologize, and give a pickle of some kind to smoothe things over, and assure her that u won’t do it agian. Dog could be reacting to medicine from “experimental procedure”. Anyway, I hope it works out. As far as the dribble. Just explain that u will do the best u can, because u can’t use the deoderizer (becuase it will be ur fault or she will say it is) and that u would rather dog be safe. Or just simply tell her that it is not your fault, which I know it isn’t. Hope I helped more than confused.

The FTP files were made for that purpose as well as your own use. They are allowed the access. Someone correct me if I’m wrong. I remeber reading that from a post around the time the FTP site came out. Look at previous postings under view posts from Tyler, regarding the issue. Just be sure to drill in the whole not messing with the logo issue. If not comfortable with it, then copy to a disc or floppy and give to rep. That is what I did. Jason made me one and I copied it and gave to rep.

I had to pick one so I chose the fist option. I really hadn’t done any yet, but haven’t advertised it yet as well. But would love to start. If u have before and after pics, would love to see them.

    Hi Mark,

My name is Mike. We clean about 20 or 30 hotels every 3 to 4 months. I have all the info you need. I have some proposals I can send you as I did for Nevyln in Georgia. I’m not sure how many are going to bite on $20.00 a room. Just depends on the area. Hope all is well. One tip—offer to do a room as a free demo. They hardly say no and after seeing what you can do, you will get the job.

    😉

Come up with your pricing structure and then plug them into a script, made up on your own, or ask Cody, or from procedures manual. Then practice with a relative or family member, or have them call you or have their friends call you and give you feed back–for example–would you have scheduled or what would you as a customer like to hear. You can pretty much answer those questions your self.

There actually is some “scripts” in the procedures manual. I’m not sure what section. I can look it up and get back to you. I think it’s in general procedures or somewhere around there. But, yes, there are some scripts you can follow. One of the first things I did 3 years ago when we started was reading the procedures manual front to back. It’s been a while since I have read it, but I suggest doing it, a couple of times. It’s the “business in a binder” so to speak or just look right here in the city owners section. Hope this helps. Happy New year.

I won’t say do it, I will say please do it. I plan to do this with my sons Baseball team in the spring. Get a banner to put on fence as they are playing. I was going to call us the angels as well. Maybe we can start a National Heaven’s Best Baseball/softball club. A lot of teams in Texas and some National teams do this. They will have 30 or 40 or more teams with same name in different leagues and age ranges. Let me know how it works out for you. If not good, have fun anyways.

Like Sutton says, “my area”. As mentioned above in y previous post. Do what you think is best for you and long term goals. You’ll be fine.

TGP works as well, but too much hassle to extract as it is sudsy. Go with Mike and Sutton’s tip and you’ll do fine.

Check out the tile and grout section of bulletin board for info on the tile. As far as sending the van out for a specific purpose—Why not? I think, in the near future for us as well, that designating a certain van, with employees, for a certain purpose–i.e. tile and hardwood–is not a bad idea. You can keep your equipment a little more organized you know, unless you plan on offering up a tile clean, or hardwood wax, on top of cleaning the carpet at the time of your appointment with customer. If it were me, I would have a schedule for tile and grout/hardwood, and carpet seperate. Let’s see how many disagree on this one. I know of 3 or 4 usual posters who will. Anyway, hope all is well.
