    Mike,
I’ve done laminate. Do like Callaway said. And when it comes to the polishing pad, you can go ahead and use the Red pad. It is quite safe.
I use the Red one on laminates that have alot of scratches. The white one is O.K., but not as effective on scratches.

And it is O.K. to use the Red one on unscratched floors as well.

I have been looking at the installation jobs done on vans for large corporations, such as beer companies.
I have noticed their installers have made straight cuts, and folded the vinyl into the contours. It does leave a white margin showing (white van), but the end result looks good.

Only Dirtbag could do this and get away with it….

I typically run dollar bill size ads, and get good results.
Most of the CC’s in my town run 1/2 page ads.
Personally I think their wasting their money on the larger space.

AND if you are in VERIZON’s territory, zerox and document everything.
In Texas, they are the worst directory to run ads with.
Out of 7 years, they have only gotten my ad right 3 times.
And when I have a problem with them, it takes 6-10 months to get the adjustment on price.

If I ever give another dollar to Verizon, it will be for a line listing only.

My understanding of Avast is that it does not have a firewall either.
But if your using Windows, it has a built in firewall.
The Avast program works well with Windows, and has live protection.
In addition, if you put a disk into one of your drives, you can manually check it with Avast before opening the files on it.

Don, if I’m not too late to tell you, go to AVAST.COM
and download their program for home use.
It’s FREE and effective. I have been using this for the last 4 or 5 years, and have not been to the repair shop for any virus or worm since I have installed it.
As I said, it’s FREE. What have you got to loose?
It automaticaly updates almost everyday. All you have to do is update your registration once a year. They will send you a reminder.
And before you ask, NO they won’t pester you with solicitations.
It’s the greatest thing since fire was invented…..

As far as govt. fines: I would be more worried about the EPA pulling you over in your marked van than I would for OSHA inspecting after an accident.

I have a customers area rug in my garage that I have been messing with for a week. I have treated it with liquid pet enzyme twice, and it still smells bad. Today I took a garden hose to it, to make sure all the enzyme has been removed. I think this one is a lost cause.

Even though it is in my garage, the smell is so bad that I can smell it in my house.

The only good cat is a dead cat!

    How right you are Jeff.
We have a multitude of different terrain in Texas.
I’m down in a valley with clay and mostly dirt.

    Hey Mike,
Have you tapped into all those RV’s from the “Winter Texans”?

    Hi Anna,
Don’t get the wrong idea… Mike is so close to the Mexican border, if he threw a rock out his front door, it would land in Mexico. He has a lot of desert rock and sand down there.

Meanwhile in central Texas, we have the typical March & April rainy season.
Its raining outside as I write this. We actualy have dirt and trees hear to go with our mud season.

    Hey Mike, What’s Up?

Sometimes it is better to say NO, than loose money.
Besides, who are you saying NO to. The crazy Rat….. I mean Cat lady.
With that kind of smell, do you think she has any friends to tell of your wonderful job?
And what kind of friends would that be?

Do you think that I might be allergic to Rats…. I mean Cats?

I use it in the greasy traffic lanes in restaraunts.
I also use it and the upholstery mate to clean the stairways in rental units.
