    Listen to what the customer is expecting from your work. Lower that expectation just a bit, then make the end results higher than what the customer is expecting.

    The afore written words are not mine…. but Cody’s.

    Maybe not the most important thing I learned in my training some 8 years ago but certainly up at the top of the list.
