I am not a hardwood expert, but from what I have been told, once a floor is waxed, it always has to be waxed from that point on. Even after it has been refinished there may still be wax in the grain, and some people won’t refinish a waxed floor due to the pain of trying to remove all the wax. I only use the other wood floor cleaner. I have some wax and if we come across a floor that is already waxed, I would then feel comfortable waxing it. Otherwise, I don’t plan on using the stuff. The results may be better looking using the wax, but at what cost to the customer. Someone tell me if I’m wrong. Just my 2 cents.
