Over the last year the home office has made great efforts and strides to help us all move into the 21st century. We now have an extremely good company helping all who are interested to get their web pages up and running. Over this last month, our home office has made webinars available to everyone in the franchise. These are very well done, extremely informative and helping us map out direction for the future. These webinars are like mini college classes but are free! If you want your business to be present and relative in today’s world I encourage everyone to take advantage of these great opportunities. The next one will be announced in our next city owner’s newsletter. I would suggest that if you plan on attending that webinar, find a way to see the 2 that have already been done.
These are available to operators that have websites thru EZ-Net Tools. More information can be found in the May and July City Operator newsletters.
In the July, 2013 City Owner Newsletter we listed the information, and invited everyone in our business to join in the Webinar. You do not need to be signed up on the EZ Net Tools Website program to be part of the Webinar. We had a small attendance, but it was very informative. We were not able to cover all of the information in the first Webinar so another one was scheduled. Currently these are being edited and will be available in the near future for all of our operators to view. We will let you know when they are ready and how to view them. We are incorporating not just a web site, but an entire marketing plan. We encourage all of you to get involved with this. Things are progressing well with this and it will be of great benefit to all of our operators.
We have been in the business for more than 12 years. In that amount of time, advertising has changed drastically. In the last 6 months, we have been signed up with EZ Net Tools through the home office. We have been extremely pleased with their service and product. EZ Net has given us hints on how reviews will elevate us in the Google Search Engine rankings. Above is our most recent success in driving people to our web site for reviews. We present this with our ‘thank you gift’. Bring it to the customer’s attention and ask if they will rate us. Easy for them, gives them a chance at a prize, moves us up in the rankings to #1 in our markets! Old dogs can learn new tricks!

I Love the idea! Only one $50 per month “Gift”, correct? Where did you get the card made? I want to duplicate!
Yes, 1 – $50 gift drawing each month. We had our local printer design postcards with the top logo (off of our website). This allows us to customize the text on our computer whenever we want to try another promotion.
