Need some help, I recently try to clean my tile and grout, I mixed the hard surface cleaner 1to 32parts water spray the whole area very generously wait it for 15-20 min. and then went over with the tile and grout drive plate, the tile got clean but the grout did not get clean at all feels like it does not have any scrabing power, I went over with the white brush and it did get all the dirt out, It took me a long time scrabing. Is this the right tool for the job or should I stay out of tile untill I can afford to buy a ninja?

It all depends how dirty the grout is. If the grout is pretty dirty, I would mix the cleaning solution a hair stronger than the 32-1. That said, I do have a Ninja and I still use the white scrub brush on all grout lines in most cases. I attached it to one of the long blue handles that go with the carpet rakes we can sell to customers. I think that white brush does wonders. If the grout isn’t too dirty, this probably isn’t a necessary step, but much like carpet cleaning with the bonnet vs. just HWE, I think a little bit of agitation goes a long ways to getting dirty stuff clean. Just my 2 cents.

Would agree with Devlin. Stronger solution, good dwell time like you did, use your wand set up to extract the solution. The tile machine does a better job but to invest that much you need to use it quite a bit. That work is out there, we just have to go find it. Good luck

Carlos, it is good to see you on the bulletin board. Your mix of 1 part Hard Surface Cleaner to 32 parts water can work for lightly soiled tile and grout, but for dirty stuff you will want to mix 1 part Hard Surface Cleaner to 12 parts water. You can mix up a pro spotter solution of Hard Surface Cleaner which is 1 part Hard Surface Cleaner to 4 parts water. This pro spotter would only need to be used on the grout line not the tile.

Thank you for all the schooling, now I have a difficult one. Today I got a call from a litle town’s church keeper, he removed commercial carper from outside concrete steps he wants to know if we have anything that revoves the glue from concrete, and I did’nt have an answer. Do we?

TGP, Dry solvent, or undiluted Orange Deodorizer may/can remove glue, but I would refer him to a carpet installer. They should have tools/scrapers/solvents to do this. if you have free time, you could go check it out, but I would be very careful not to get yourself into something you may regret.
