    Whenever I use the stair buffer pads for the Oreck, and especially the green strip pads, I can’t keep them on the bottom of the stair buffer. They just pop right off. Any suggestions ? Thanks !

    I had the some problem so I just started using big white pad or the
    big black and blue pad.

    Your drive plate is getting packed full of cotton or the nubs (grippers) are worn out (or both). May be time for a new drive plate. I replace mine about 4 times per year.

    So THAT’s the problem then. It would make sense as mine is the original one that came with my Oreck, 4 years ago ! I shall order two at my next purchase time. Thanks guys !
