    Hyperion, Pile brush, we’ve hear about them. What of Service Monster? Inquiring minds want to know. What are operators experiences?

    Agreed Gordon. Great minds think alike (that’s giving me more credit than I deserve though LOL). I really would like to start using a tablet for customer “tickets”, whether it be through a Quickbooks app or using Service Monster. Smartphone screens are too small for customers to read everything on, especially those with poor eyesight.

    On similar but different note that may or may not benefit those of you with Verizon. Verizon is soon changing their data plans (no more unlimited soon), but they are changing it so if you have a family plan, you can share your data plan over all devices instead of requiring a separate plan for each device. So if you have 3 smart phones (like me) on your plan and you add a 4G tablet, the price of your plan may go down if you don’t require a really high data usage plan. With a 10GB plan (which is their largest) it’s $80/month. For previous unlimited, it was $30/device. Not trying to sell Verizon on anyone, just saying there are options out there to add a tablet or two that won’t cost you an arm and a leg each month. Initial purchase of tablet(s) is another story……
