No matter what, always call a customer back. Even if you can’t do what they request, call them back. Even if it’s 3 days later and you just realized you forgot, call them back. I am currently trying to get someone out to look at my gutters to see if they can be repaired or have to be replaced, and I have called 5 companies (all either referral or A rating on BBB) and so far every one has either said they would have “someone call me” and no one has called me, or they have not responded to my estimate request form that I submitted on their site after I got voice mail on phone. Just tried company #6 and she said someone will call me. I asked when and she said if they haven’t called by Thursday to call her. Ummmm…….yeah, I’m going to make 2 calls to you in order to give you my money? How many calls will I have to make if something goes wrong to get it fixed?I told her she’s the 6th company I’ve called and companies 1-5 apparently didn’t want my money. I’m starting to think Heaven’s Best Denver needs to open a gutter division. The lack of customer service and professionalism is why I am in the carpet cleaning business in the first place.
