Hey all, i am getting ready to replace the handle on my Noble’s buffer. Has anyone who has done this know of any tips or things that they have found that might make it easier?

Only one question – what happened to the old one? Did it actually break? Just curious, as of yet I haven’t had any repair issues!

I had to replace my whole buffer not too long ago. I had to take all the guys out and put in a new shell. It cracked up by the handle, right under the warnings on back of buffer. I’m glad it worked out for you. All you can really do, unless there is a service center near you, is take it apart and put pieces in some kind of order and put them back in exactly as you pulled them out, then pray a little, and rev her up. I was overly excited when mine fired up. There was nothing wrong electronically. It was just the shell. The handle was one of the easiest parts.

The handle cracked on me. A few moths ago i had to replace the base because it cracked. This time i may have been a little at fault, as i set it down too hard.

Yep, my base cracked shortly after fixing the rest. At least it’s under warranty.
