Does anyone use a program or know how to use Quickbooks to remind you to call customers on a regular basis. The HB program worked pretty good but I don’t use it anymore and I have to open it up everytime I turn on the computer for it to be effective and that goes for Outlook too. There is a calendar on Customer Manager but you have to look at it. In short I need a pop-up reminder, does anybody have any suggestions, I’m sure there’s got to be a solution somewhere on this computer but I just can’t figure it out.
You may need to download an additional program. Just look for something like birthday reminder, appointment reminder, etc. There should be some free ones. However, you would need to enter in the information when you get the new customer and set it to remind you in the future.
That is why I suggest doing something like a birthday reminder program and just enter when you want to be reminded about their “Birthday.”
