Remember, no 2 spots are the same

Yesterday, we had a new referral customer call and she had a wine spill. Two weeks old, used the only “cleaning” product she had, Nature’s Miracle Pet Enzyme. We had a regular of our’s run out of our spotter and her boyfriend tried this exact same method. We could only remove the spots he hadn’t touched with the pet enzyme (even with dye treatment). The majority of the one yesterday came out with just pro and extraction, and we dye treated to get the rest out. Looks great.

Moral is, no 2 spots are ever the same. Just another reason to never guarantee anything beforehand.
