Just curious if there is another option out there for applying carpet/fabric protectant on large jobs. The small stainless sprayer doesn’t necessarily hold enough for larger homes/commercial applications, and is also not convenient to refill on the job at the customer’s home/business and re-pressurize. I have tried some of the pump up style weed sprayers that hold more (at various price points), but the protectant either eats away the seals on the pumps, or causes the hose to get extremely hard/non pliable even when we depressurize it after each job. Any ideas appreciated.

Solvent based protector requires specific seals, line and O-rings to operate correctly without deteriorating the components. Using water based protectors is the other option. The sprayer runs $400 and you can also purchase different size tips which is a huge plus, however it doesn’t come from HB….perhaps it should.
