    What advise would give to a new operator?

    Keep in contact with your customers. Enter every single customer into your CRM and make sure to follow up with them at the very least every 3 months. If they haven’t heard from you within 5 months they will have forgotten you. Staying in front of our customers would have sped up our growth and saved us tons of money.

    Go out and find not for profits that are inline with your beliefs and offer to clean there carpets for free or a reduced rate, helps you break into circles faster
