Just tried updating my information on the website with a new address, and that area of the my information form won’t allow me to update anything. Anyone else have this problem? Seems many of the fields are just missing.
What kind of computer are you using? And what kind of internet browser?
Sometimes you just need to reload the page (click My Information on the left menu again). Sometimes it’s the internet browser.
once you get the address area to appear:
To modify an address, just click on the address, make your changes, then do the following.#A – Scroll down the page, click “View Save Changes Button”, then click “Save”
To delete an address, just click the address, click the little yellow minus (-) sign below the address, then do #A mentioned above.
To add an address, click the green plus (+) sign, enter your information in the fields, then do #A mentioned above.
I got it to work. I think the issue was my browser (Chrome). Was able to do it with IE.
