Does anyone have the job aid spreadsheet for doing estimates for large commercial jobs that John Holibaugh talked about at the national conference? I remember him saying it would be on his website and may also be on the national HB website, but I can’t find it at either places. His website (jch-sm.com) is still under development I guess.

I have been waiting on this info as well. I think he mentioned putting together some kind of generic presentation letter/pack as well for us to use. The web site was suppose to be up a couple months ago. I will probably just email him for the info and hope he’ll reply with it. Yeah, those are the emails I have written down too and have sent emails to him last week, but haven’t heard back yet. Let me know if you hear something.
