What are you bigger operators out there using for inventory management? We are steadily growing, and being in Alaska I really have to watch how much product I have on hand, because heavens knows my employees don’t. Anyway, I had tried a mobile app, and I didn’t hate it, but It wasn’t really set up for what I wanted it to do, and it seemed expensive ($250 a year). My subscription just ran out, and I thought before I re-upped, or searched out something new I’d see if anyone else had found a winner.
I’d also like to hear suggestions. I recently became a “remote” owner of my territory in Milwaukee. My employees there are keeping me up to date on our supplies, but I’d like a more formal system.
Honestly might just stick a wifi camera in the office so I can see the supply shelf. lol
